Spice N’ Pans – Asian Recipes For Your Home Cooking Adventures has been our favorites food channels for a long times. Roland Lim and his wife, Jamie Woon showed how to cook our favorites dishes in a simple way, from Styr Fry Tofu, Sesame Oil Chicken, to Super Easy Oven Baked Crispy Pork Knuckle.
Roland Lim told The Strait Times that he always knew that he was in for a treat whenever his father – who was a fishmonger by day and a captain at the now-defunct Kheng Luck Seafood restaurant in Upper East Coast Road (Singapore) by night, took over the kitchen at home.
Inspired by his late father, Roland grew interest in cooking. And now, together with his wife, Jamie, they creating the youtube channel Spice N’ Rice that has more than 85.000 follower from all over the world.
